Is all pooja samagri (materials) included in the price? βΌ
Yes! All packages include complete samagri β flowers, ghee, agarbatti, havan kund, specific herbs, and all other ritual items. You don't need to arrange anything separately unless you want to use specific items from your family tradition.
How are your pandits verified? βΌ
All pandits go through a rigorous 4-step process: application review, Sanskrit knowledge test, practical ritual assessment, and background verification. Only pandits who pass all stages join our network. We also monitor ongoing quality through customer feedback.
Can I request a muhurat consultation? βΌ
Absolutely! Our in-house Jyotishi (astrologer) can calculate the most auspicious muhurat based on your birth chart, the occasion, and the Panchang. This is a free service for all YagyaSeva bookings. Just mention it when booking.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? βΌ
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled pooja receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24β48 hours receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. You can always reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking.
Do you offer services outside India? βΌ
Currently we operate across 200+ cities in India. For NRIs, we offer online pooja services via video call where our pandits perform the ritual at a temple or dedicated space on your behalf. Contact us for details.
How long does a typical pooja take? βΌ
Duration varies by ritual. Simple poojas (Ganesh Puja, Lakshmi Puja) take 1β2 hours. Medium rituals (Satyanarayan Katha, Rudrabhishek) take 2β3 hours. Grand havans and yagyas can take 4β8 hours. Duration is mentioned on every pooja page.
